Francisco came to Cali at just 16, chasing big dreams and working hard from day one. He became a citizen in 1986, put in 14 solid years at a packing house in Dinuba, and then took a leap — opening his very first little Mexican bar in Riverdale in ‘96. One bar led to another, and by 1999, he was running his first restaurant in Parlier, El Camino Real. A few years later, he bought the Ritz Bar in Fowler and flipped it into what we all now know and love — Jocy’s Mexican Restaurant, named after his oldest daughter (yep, that’s me!). Since our grand opening on January 7, 2007, we’ve been all about fresh food, good vibes, and making sure you never leave hungry. From bomb combo plates to seafood that hits every time, we’re so thankful for our amazing customers who’ve been showing up and showing love all these years!
