Use of the Site
You may use the Site/Applications to browse our menu, place orders for pickup or delivery, book catering, manage your account, and contact us. You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to create an account or place an order.

Some features, such as online ordering and “My Orders,” may require you to create an account. You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Orders, Pricing, and Payment
All menu items, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing and descriptions, but errors may occur; if we discover a pricing or listing error on your order, we’ll contact you before fulfilling it.
Payment for online orders and catering is due at the time of purchase and is processed through our third-party payment processor. By placing an order, you represent that you’re authorized to use the payment method provided.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, errors in pricing or availability, or issues with fulfillment.
Catering and Special Orders
Catering and party tray orders submitted through our Contact page or by phone are subject to availability, lead time, and confirmation by our staff. Details such as guest count, menu selection, and pricing will be confirmed directly with you before your order is finalized.
Mobile Application
Our mobile app is available for iOS and Android and offers similar functionality to the website, including ordering, order tracking, and account management. Your use of the app is also subject to the terms of the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play).
Text Messaging Program
If you opt in to receive text messages from Jocy’s, your participation is also governed by our SMS Terms and Conditions. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site/Applications — including our name, logo, menu descriptions, photos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Jocy’s and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.
User Conduct
When using the Site/Applications, you agree not to: (a) violate any applicable law; (b) interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site/Applications; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or accounts; (d) submit false or fraudulent orders or payment information; or (e) use the Site/Applications to transmit harmful or malicious code.

Food Allergies and Dietary Information
While we’re happy to answer questions about ingredients, our kitchen handles a variety of allergens, and we can’t guarantee that any dish is completely free of a specific allergen due to shared preparation areas and equipment. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please let our staff know before ordering.
